With our Master pizza dough, everybody can be a master pizza baker! We developed this dough to ensure dough handling is as easy as possible. We added different types of malt to the dough which not only make it easy to work with, but also give the baked dough a nice texture and aroma.
For the best results we recommend to use Crisp.
The dough is prepareable in every type of oven but works best at temperatures from 250°C.
