Our foodservice pizza base Natura  fits on a foodservice roast perfectly with its GN-size of 28x48 cm. What also makes this deep frozen base special is the high amount of fibre in the dough: By adding bran, this base has a much higher percentage of fibre than standard pizza dough while maintaining the original taste! To achieve the best baking result, let the base defrost at room temperature. Top the pizza as you like and then bake 4-5 minutes at 250°C in a preheated oven.
