Pala Vegan ODZ
Pala is a Roman specialty. Thanks to the original recipe with tipo zero flour and semolina, the hand-pulled Pala is especially crispy and aromatic! It's pre-baked in a stone-oven and therefore ready-baked in only 5-7 minutes in every oven-type at 220-250°C! It can be topped before or after baking. Topped with high quality olive oil and herbs it makes for fantastic starter!
