Lahmacun Ohne Schweinefleisch

Lahmacun is the turkish version of pizza. The base is thin and can be rolled - that makes a Lahmacun a nice shell for a wrap! The base is topped with an oriental seasoned minced beef sauce. The deep frozen lahmacun is pre baked and thus can be used once its defrosted and/or heated.  The Lahmacun contains only beef, which makes it also suitable for all guests that do not eat pork.
