Panissimo Pastrami Ohne Schweinefleisch

This Panissimo is inspired by the famous Reuben's sandwich: We combined pastrami with a pickles-mustard-relish and red onions. The pastrami is made from beef and can therefore be enjoyed by all who don't eat pork. Fit for every gastronomy kitchen, as it's prepareable with an oven or a contact grill.
