Our Panuzzo was folded in during the baking process, so it just has to be unfolded before filling it – no cutting necessary! Just bake the defrosted Panuzzo maximum 3 minutes at 180°C before filling it!
The dough of our Panuzzo was made with tipo-zero-flour and olive oil, which gives it a deep, delicious flavour, which matches perfectly with typical Italian ingredients like rucola, tomatoes or mozzarella. Every foodservice concept that already uses fresh ingredient can so simply create a high-quality snack or own signature dishes! It can also be a wonderful tool to serve your restaurants dishes in snack size!
