Halal certified Pizza
Everyone who deals with food or foodservice probably heard of the term "halal" already. But what does it mean exactly?
"Halal" roughly translates into "allowed" concerning the riules of Islam. For food it describes the things that are allowed to eat for muslims: The food and also the packaging can not have been in contact with pork or alcohol in order to classify as halal.
Food producers must be able to guarantee that the ingredients as well as the packaginig are safe under halal standards. Therefore the producer must be able to trace all components back and ensure tests for pork-DNA will be negative.
Since January 2024, we as a producer were tested and certified by the Halal Proffesional Institut and are now able to offer a certain range of products that are halal!
