With the 1/1-GN-size of 28x48 cm, our foodservice pizza base is perfect for catering, because it fits perfectly into convectomat ovens and makes the preparation very efficient. Our Foodservice Base Thin moreover creates an authentic stone oven-style pizza experience.

The deep frozen pizza base is plant-based and therefore also suitable as base for vegan pizza creations. To achieve the best result, let the pizza base defrost, top it as you like and then bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes at 250°C.
