Pizza Base Nonna Bianca Vegan ODZ

This frozen pizza base tastes jut like fresh from Nonna's bakery! The sour dough from the Italian town of Altamura, which is famous for its excellent bread, and the durum-wheat make for a base that is rich in taste and has a fantastic texture with large pores and a crispy crust. 

Our pizza bases are pre-baked and frozen so that any dough handling is cut out of the process. Still it maintains its handmade character!

Simply bake for 7-10 minutes at 200 C°.
