Gouda and Mozzarella

In this mix 50% of each Gouda and Mozzarella are mixes - this combination guarantees the typical melt and cheese-pull of mozzarella as well as the aromatic taste of Gouda. This cheese is IQF frozen which eliminates the clutting together and makes the frozen cheese easy to spread.
