Minced Beef and Leech Pizza

Ingredients

• Pizza base Italia Bianca
• 3 spoons crème fraîche
• Gouda and Mozzarella cheese mix
• Spicy beef chunks
• Bacon
• Leech

 

Preparation

• Smoothen the crème fraîche with a bit of water to mke it spreadable. Spread on the pizza base.
• Top with cheese, then with the other ingredients.
• Bake at 250°C for about 5 minutes.
